Basic Shamanic Tantric Bodywork An Ausarian Tantrika Approach to Energy, Embodiment & Inner Integration Basic Shamanic Tantric Bodywork is a foundational energy-work practice offered through SOL Healing with Master Ashep, Ausarian Tantrika. The work is designed to help you reconnect with your body, gather your energy, establish greater internal flow, and explore harmony between the different forces within you. Master Ashep’s approach follows three interconnected phases: INFUSION Energy and awareness are guided inward from the extremities of the body, including the arms, legs, and head, toward the Core or Central Channel, creating greater grounding, centeredness, and energetic presence. CIRCULATION Once energy is gathered into the core, the work encourages its movement and flow throughout the energetic body. Breath, awareness, intentional touch in appropriate in-person sessions, visualization, and energy-work practices may support this process. HARVESTING As energy circulates, attention turns toward integrating complementary forces within ourselves, including masculine and feminine, light and dark, action and receptivity, mind and body, and spirit and embodiment. The intention is not to eliminate one force, but to bring these energies into greater harmony and integration. The session may naturally move between Circulation and Harvesting, allowing energy, awareness, and experiences to unfold at their own pace. Although called “Basic,” the experience can become quite deep. With the participant’s willingness and readiness, the work may open awareness of longstanding emotional patterns, childhood experiences, unresolved pain, or other deeply rooted material. The intention is not to force emotional release or revisit trauma, but to create space for what is ready to be acknowledged and integrated. Your body sets the pace.
