"Emotional Wellness Workshop"

Join Master Ashep, High Priest and SOL Healer, in an intimate discussion on "Emotional Wellness".  This workshop comes with an "Emotional Wellness Workbook" written by the facilitator and will serve as foundation and reference as we dive deep into the understanding of Emotions with the following flow:

• What are Emotions and their purpose from the Creator’s (The All’s) perspective
• What happens if and when there’s no Tension or Stress
• Is it possible and what does it take and to have a life full of Joy and Peace only (without Stess and Tension)
• Breathing Exercises - Demonstrations and experimentation with a few different breathing techniques to center heart, mind, and soul into the physical body
• Chakra Meditation - A guided meditation to harmonize and the vibration of our 7 major inner-chi centers along the spine
